Quarantine completely threw off our workout routine. Our gym sadly went out of business when everything shut down. We had the best intentions of converting the garage into a home gym, but it didn’t work out as planned. He worked out in there a few times, but I’m a bit more particular about the temperature while working out and can’t handle the too cold or too hot environment of the garage.
We are both ready to get back on track, and have signed up for an 8 week program called Rundamentals. The program begins August 1st, but will continue to launch start dates for new groups. Rundamentals combines weekly online course videos and workout challenges with motivation, reminders, support, and tips delivered by text message. This allows them offer expert run training and a one-on-one coaching experience at a much lower cost.

At one point, I was running 3-5 miles a few times a week, and I am really looking forward to getting back into it. Can’t wait to update with our progress.
